Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after being placed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Flat rate or calculated by weight

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Available at checkout

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Order Issues or Delays

If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at community@bubbleuniverse.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and any relevant photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
