Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.

We accept returns only for unused, unopened products that are returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

To request a return, please contact us at community@bubbleuniverse.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions if your return is approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (for example, an incorrect or damaged item).

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return an item for a refund and place a new order.
