At Bubble Universe, your happiness matters to us. We believe buying bubbles should be as joyful as playing with them, and we back every purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll fix it fast — no hassle, no drama.

We accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests within 30 days of delivery if:

• Your product arrived damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item

• You changed your mind, and the item is unopened and in original condition

How to Start a Return

Just email us at community@bubbleuniverse.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A photo, if applicable

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and walk you through next steps. We may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit — whichever works best for you.

Shipping Costs

• If the issue was our mistake, we’ll cover all return shipping.

• If you changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received or confirmed returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened bubble products

• Gift cards

• Final sale items
